This week's challenge turned into "in the kitchen" thanks to my last post. This is a meal of organic brown rice (get it at Trader Joes if you can find it.), homemade chili i made for the Super Bowl (4 habaneros, 6 jalapenos, Montana elk sausage, Wiebe raised grass fed beef, spices, etc, etc.) and topped with extra sharp Wisconsin cheddar. Very easy meal and just add Tapatio to make it perfect.
